Chef Eric

Eric is a baker...every chance he gets to help in the kitchen he's there. He made this cake almost all by himself.
Here is the recipe and I have to say it turned out great. I used butter instead of oil, floured 2 cups of blueberries so they wouldn't sink and made a vanilla glaze for the top. This recipe is a keeper.
